Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after the date of purchase. We do not provide return labels for returns. The cost of shipping on return items is at purchasers expense. Refunds are issued within 2-7 business days after receipt of the return package.
We reserve the right to inspect all returns for authenticity, quality, integrity, etc. as seen fit to meet our standards, if any question arises about returned product refund will be accepted and/or denied by and exclusively by Sanzi Hair Care, LLC.
